GETTING STARTED

Please complete our Get Acquainted Form so that we can have a clear understanding of your needs. Either fax or email the information to us and one of our Event Travel Coordinators will call or email you to discuss your needs in detail. You and your guests will work with the same coordinator from start to finish.   We suggest that you forward our phone number to your guests in a Save the Date letter or as an Invitation Insert, and then leave the hard work to us.  We’ll work directly with your guests to insure that their travel needs are met and we’ll keep you updated with periodic reports on who we’ve heard from by sending you a list with your guests’ arrival dates and times, and where they are staying.  We’ll even take a head count for any extra activities planned such as a golf outing or spa day.
